Nature of the service
ProfileClaw is a career information and AI-assisted decision product. It is not, by default, a fully launched real-time recruitment intermediary or clinical diagnostic tool.
These terms govern your use of ProfileClaw's website, career assessments, preference profile, resume parsing, reports, report chat, points, redeem codes, Jobs, APIs, and related services.
We do not describe unreleased features as if they are already live, and we do not frame an AI workflow as a hiring guarantee.

You must not impersonate others, upload unauthorized content, abuse API keys, bypass rate limits, scrape other users' data, or present platform output as an official certified conclusion.
Rules for report unlocks, points packs, redeem codes, monthly entitlements, and related consumption are controlled by the product notice and order information shown at the time.
These terms are based on ProfileClaw's current assessment, resume, report, billing, API, and product surfaces. Features that are not formally launched should not be treated as current service commitments.

These terms apply to your use of ProfileClaw accounts, assessments, result pages, preferences, resume parsing, reports, report chat, points, redeem codes, API keys, data-sharing endpoints, webhooks, and related product services.
The privacy policy, feature notices, API documentation, and checkout disclosures form part of these terms.
By registering, signing in, buying access, uploading content, calling an API, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms describe the service as it exists now.
ProfileClaw currently provides accounts, assessments, career preference profiling, resume upload and AI parsing, comprehensive reports, report chat, points and redeem codes, some subscription management, APIs, and related product features.
Different features may carry different free limits, paid entitlements, scopes, and rate limits.
The current Jobs page mainly acts as a workflow and matching shell for signals coming from assessments, resume evidence, and reports.
Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, it should not be treated as a fully launched real-time vacancy feed, automated application engine, interview scheduling service, or hiring guarantee.
Assessment results, reports, and report chat are decision-support outputs only. They do not constitute a job offer, salary guarantee, legal advice, medical conclusion, or licensed professional opinion.
You remain responsible for independently verifying important career decisions.
Use must remain lawful, truthful, and within your control.
You must have the legal capacity appropriate for the services you use, provide truthful information, and ensure that you have valid rights in the content you upload or transmit.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, session state, API keys, and webhook secrets.
Some features require payment before use. Price, validity, point consumption, and recurring billing rules are controlled by the order page, checkout page, and product notice shown at the time.
Points are internal digital usage units, not legal tender, and are generally not transferable or redeemable for cash unless law requires otherwise.
Developer access is permissioned and bounded.
You may use developer features only within an authorized account or organization and only within the scopes and limits we expose.
You may not bypass access control, evade rate limits, scan private networks, scrape other users' data, or use outputs for unlawful, discriminatory, or high-risk automated decision making.
This section closes the legal loop around the service.
You keep the rights you lawfully hold in your own submitted content, while granting ProfileClaw the service-limited license needed to process it. Platform software, interface design, documentation, data structure, code, and brand assets remain protected by the rights of the platform operator or relevant rights holders.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee outcomes beyond our reasonable control and are generally not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost opportunity.
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, excluding for this purpose the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
Disputes should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring the matter before a people's court with lawful jurisdiction. You may also contact us at hello@profileclaw.cn.
